Not all climbs are chosen
Support for people navigating loss, transition, and becoming — grounded in the body, held with honesty, and paced to what you actually need.

The approach
Where the body holds what words can’t reach
Grief doesn’t respond to plans. Transition doesn’t resolve on schedule. This work doesn’t try to speed any of that up.
Sessions draw on somatic breathwork, hypnotherapy, and honest conversation — adapted to where you are that day. Some sessions are quiet and grounding. Others move something loose. All of them are paced by you.
The work is less about fixing and more about paying attention.
Who this is for
You might be in the right place if…
- You’re grieving a person, a life chapter, or a version of yourself
- You’re in the middle of a change that doesn’t have a clean name
- You’ve tried talking about it but something still feels stuck in the body
- You’re exhausted by the pressure to feel better faster
- You want a space where you don’t have to arrive with a clear goal
- You’re somewhere between who you were and who you’re becoming

What’s on offer
The work
01
1:1 Support Sessions
A session that adapts to what you need that day — conversation, breath, or body-based work. Some sessions are reflective. Some are grounding. All of them are a place to land.
Good for
Grief · Life transitions · Relationship changes · Feeling stuck
60 min · Online
02
Somatic Breathwork
A guided breathing practice that helps your nervous system release what doesn’t respond to thinking alone. Less talking, more experiencing. Many people leave feeling clearer or like something has quietly shifted.
Good for
Anxiety · Emotional overwhelm · Stored stress · Reconnecting with the body
75 min · Online or in person · 1:1 or group
03
Hypnotherapy
A guided session that works with the subconscious to shift patterns and beliefs that haven’t budged through talking alone. You stay aware throughout — deeply relaxed but present.
Good for
Grief and loss · Anxiety · Stuck patterns · Fear and phobias · Self-worth
60 min · Online or in person
“I stopped trying to fix grief and started trying to be present with it. That shift changed everything — including how I work with people.”

About Carly
I didn’t set out to do this work.
For over a decade, I worked in global health — more comfortable with thinking and problem-solving than feeling. After the deaths of both of my parents, I spent a long time looking for spaces that could hold what I was carrying.
Grief doesn’t respond to systems or plans. That gap changed how I understood care — less about moving things along, more about sitting with what’s uncomfortable. That shift eventually led me toward somatic breathwork, hypnotherapy, and grief coaching.
